These comprise basically two sets of rollers which are adjustable either manually across the frames or through lead-screw and ratchet, when changing from one diameter to another.
Our Welding Positioners and Tank Rotators are meticulously designed and crafted to meet a wide range of capacities, varying from 1 to an impressive 500 tonnes. The frame construction is robust and carefully fabricated, guaranteeing durability and stability throughout operation.
To ensure perfect alignment, both the top and underside of the frame undergo machining. This precision engineering plays a vital role in the overall performance of the welding positioner and tank rotator.
In addition, our products feature drive and idler frames with sturdy fabricated and machined wheel brackets. These brackets are designed to support the axles and bearings of the rollers, providing the necessary strength and support for smooth rotation during welding operations.
Depending on the specific capacity requirements, our rotators are equipped with either all Polyurethane wheels featuring an overload disc or all steel wheels.
