Customised Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers to suit your process requirements.
1.
Shell and Tube type Heat Exchangers
A Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger Consists of a Shell with traditional plain tubes or enhanced surface tubes for high thermal performance. We manufacture Shell and Tube type Heat Exchangers in a wide variety of sizes & materials. These equipment are strong and sturdy in nature. They ensure longer functional life and offer high level of performance efficiency. Technical Specification Design Codes: IS-4503, IS-2825, AMSE SEC. VIII, TEMA, BS-5500, HEI, API-660 Types: Fixed Tube Sheet, Removable tube Bundle, U-Tube, Coil in Tank Capacity Range: As per customer requirement Tube MOC: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper Shell MOC: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel
Air Cooled Condensers
Air Cooled Condensers condensate exhaust steam from the turbine and these return the condensate to the boiler. In power plants, steam is re-condensated to water and then re-used for boiler feed water. This enhances process efficiency. The Air Cooled Condenser is made of modules arranged in parallel rows as in Air Cooled Heat Exchangers. The module contains a number of Finned Tube bundles. The axial flow forced draft fan is fixed in the module and forces the atmospheric cooling air across the Condensate area of the fin tubes.
U Tube Bundle Heat Exchangers
U Tube Heat Exchangers consist of a bundle of U tubes or hairpin tubes surrounded by a shell. One type of fluid flows through the tubes, and the other type flows through the shell, around the tubes. U Tube Heat Exchanger is the most common heat exchanger used in various industries with high pressure and high temperature.
Tube Bundles
A tube-bundle heat exchanger is generally used for cooling a medium having a high inlet temperature. Toward the inlet chamber, the annular spaces open into an intermediate chamber limited by the inlet tube bottom and the intermediate tube bottom. In the other direction, the annular spaces open into a deflecting or reversing chamber covering the insert tubes.
Sample Cooler
Sample coolers are miniature heat exchangers. These coolers are compact yet more effective in terms of heat extraction capacity. Closed types sampling systems along with Sample Cooler ensures the drop of temperature of the sample gas or liquids to 40 to 60°C from a range of high temperatures like 150 to 500°C. A complete single piece coil assures trouble free operations with no risk of failure of joints inside the shell. Application: They are designed to meet sampling requirement of today’s highly efficient power plants.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers
There are different grades and surface finishes of Stainless Steel to suit the environment to which the material will be subjected in its lifetime. Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers are used where both the properties of steel and resistance to corrosion are required.
