What Is Steel Fabrication?
Steel fabrication is the process of turning raw steel plate and sections into finished equipment and structures. It covers cutting, forming, rolling, bending, welding, testing and finishing. For process industries, the fabrication of steel into tanks, vessels and heat exchangers must follow design codes and material traceability, because the equipment holds pressure, heat or aggressive media.

Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Fabrication
Stainless Steel Fabrication
For hygienic and corrosion-resistant duties, we fabricate in SS 304, 304L, 316 and 316L. This suits process tanks, reactors, mixing vessels and heat exchangers where cleanliness and corrosion resistance matter. Carbon and Mild Steel Fabrication
For structural and general-duty equipment, we carry out mild steel fabrication in carbon steel to IS 2062, and boiler-quality plate to IS 2002 and the SA 516 range where the design calls for it. This covers mild steel tanks, structures, bridge girders and steel plant equipment. Structural steel fabrication is handled to the drawing and the relevant standard, from equipment supports to structure steel fabrication for plants and bridges.
